Our purpose is to help you get more enjoyment out of your life. We know that pain, even in modest amounts, can inhibit your life and ultimately your ability to live it the way you choose. In addition, it is our passion to help treat the problem causing your pain. We believe that the "band-aid" approach never lasts and that simply masking the pain often leads to worse problems down the road.

We do employ traditional chiropractic and rehabilitation techniques, but that is often not enough. We use a system called CBP®, Clinical Biomechanics of Posture®, in an attempt to restore your spine to as "near-normal" as possible. This approach, combined with proper diet and exercise recommendations, often helps where other treatment methods fall short.

Posture is often the most overlooked cause of chronic back pain, neck pain, and headaches. In fact, there is a growing amount of evidence to suggest that poor posture is directly related to arthritis of the spine, often called degenerative disc disease. Poor posture, even slight, can greatly increase the amount of stress on the spine and surrounding muscles and over time, lead to pain.

At our office you will receive the best care through the use of modern chiropractic techniques and technology. Dr. Patrick Friend and the staff at Eagle Run Chiropractic have a genuine concern for your well-being and health! Call us today and we can develop a chiropractic plan specific for you.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
